裁員10%？ 群創：僅15人 是人力精實 - 工程師

近日批踢踢實業坊（ptt.cc）傳出面板廠群創（3481）IDL（間接人員）將裁員，
而且裁員比率高達10%。群創公司回應，公司現在沒有裁員計畫
，僅做人力的精實，資遣人數才15人，網路傳聞是外界以訛傳訛。
群創發言體系表示，公司現在無任何裁員計劃，因應營運需求，進行組織調整
與人力精實，以達最佳獲利效益。公司每半年進行績效評估，績效不佳者，給予
3~6個月輔導，如無法符合預期，予以資遣。近期之績效評估，約資遣15人，
占台灣35000人，才0.04%！而半年績效評估一次，公司已行之有年。
群創強調，網路傳聞過度離譜，裁10%就是3500人，公司營運沒這麼差，且大量
解僱是要先跟主管機關（勞動部）報告的，外界是以訛傳訛。
